LEAVE APPLICATION POLICY
1. ALL LEAVE WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR GROUP LESSON IS CHARGEABLE UNLESS MEDICAL NOTE IS ATTACHED 2. 1.1 STUDENT WHO DISPLAY FLU SYMPTOMS SHOULD NOT BE ATTENDING LESSONS AND SEEK FOR MEDICAL ADVICE. TEACHER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE STUDENT WITH SUCH SYMPTOMS FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHER STUDENTS.
2.Every course term allow maximum up to 3 missed “group sessions” to be replaced/ make up within the 6 mths of their first attended lesson.
​3. As for holiday (summer/winter) camp, we will do extension on validity base on your flight itinerary, please send us or attach a copy below. We will automatically make absence complimentary for flying out student , maximum up to 2 months.  
4. All make up classes is designated by the company according to our class booking availability and student suitability and within the allowable timeframe. 
5. All personal reason on absence within the 72 hours for all group sessions are chargeable as usual. 
6. Only Typhoon 8/10 or black rain  will cancel the class, others condition class run as per usual.
